1940s Radio Christmas Carol at The Larry Keeton TheatreSet on Christmas Eve, 1943, WOV Radio in Newark, New Jersey; featuring beloved Christmas songs, the station performs a modern take on the classic Dickens tale amidst the comedic antics of the performers.

A heartwarming story filled with your favorite holiday songs!

From the writers and composers of Disney’s successful High School Musical Series comes ‘a 1940s Radio Christmas Carol’, the long awaited sequel to

‘The 1940s Radio Hour’. A nostalgic trip back to the days of live radio broadcasts featuring comedy and drama, peppered with holiday musical favorites plus new songs in the swing style.

It's Christmas Eve 1943, at WOV-Radio Satellite Studio in Newark, New Jersey. Economic hardships of WWII find The Feddington Players broadcasting from a hole-in-the-wall studio, on the lobby level of the Hotel Aberdeen. Noisy plumbing, missed cues, electrical blackouts, and over-the-top theatrics propel their contemporary "take" on Dickens' A Christmas Carol to a simultaneously comedic and heart-wrenching dramatic climax. An entertaining excursion into the mayhem and madness of a live radio show ‘a 1940's Radio Christmas Carol’ will sing its way into your heart.
